Returns and Exchanges

You may return unworn and clean items within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund (issued to your original payment method).
Important Note:
Items purchased as a “Pack” or “Set” must be returned in their entirety. We do not accept partial returns for such packs or sets (e.g., a 3-pack of Merino wool socks, a professional binocular harness set, etc.).
Exchanges
You may request to exchange a purchased item for a different size, subject to inventory availability at our warehouse at the time your exchange request is processed. Shipping for exchanged items is always free of charge.
Please Note: We only accept exchange requests for the same item in a different size. We cannot process exchanges for the same item in a different color, nor can we exchange an item for a completely different product. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a different style, we would be happy to assist you in placing a new order via phone or email, and we will provide free standard shipping for your new order (within the U.S. only). You will be charged for the new item at the time it is shipped. Once we receive your returned item, we will typically process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please Note: During peak periods—such as promotional events and holidays—return processing times may take slightly longer than usual, potentially taking up to 15 business days.
Final Sale
Certain items, physical gift cards, and e-gift cards are designated as “Final Sale” items and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
